How do I connect my trading platform?+
Go to Dashboard > Connections > Add. Fortiris supports MT5, MT4, cTrader, DxTrade, MatchTrader, TradeLocker, NinjaTrader, Tradovate, and manual import workflows.
Do I need to share broker credentials?+
Not always. Some workflows support publish/import methods. Where direct credential material is required, Fortiris stores it encrypted at rest and limits access to connection flows.
What is the Stability Score?+
It is Fortiris' survivability-focused composite score based on capital protection and risk discipline signals, designed to explain durability, not just headline PnL.
Plans & Billing
Is there a free plan?+
No. Retail access starts with Starter. Eligible accounts can use one 7-day trial across monthly retail plans.
Can I combine retail and business workspaces?+
Yes. If your account has both a retail subscription and a business plan, both dashboards are available from the same login.
Are paid subscriptions refundable?+
Charges are final once a paid period starts. Trials exist so you can evaluate before billing begins.
Support & Data
Who can see my account data?+
Data is scoped to your account. Operational access is limited and controlled; Fortiris does not sell customer data.
How do I report a connector or sync issue?+
Use the support widget and include platform, account type, last successful sync time, and any visible Fortiris error state.
