Connector or sync issue
Include the platform, account type, last successful sync time, and any visible Fortiris error state.
Billing or plan question
Use the billing category and include the affected plan or workspace. Do not send full card details.
Account access
For sign-in or workspace access issues, include the email on the account and the route you were trying to open.
Risk data concern
Include the account, timeframe, and the metric that looks wrong so support can trace the underlying data.
